The GulFood Fair is the world’s largest annual food and beverage exhibition, which attracts more than 100,000 visitors from over 200 countries. This is where the global F&B community intermingles to pursue business connections and explore the latest products and innovations. As one of the fastest growing sectors on the planet, the opportunities are vast and the stakes are high, making a visit a must for anyone in the industry.

The trade mission organized by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce includes elements such as a visit of the GulFood Fair, business-to-business meetings with international prospects, a visit at Jumeirah Hotel School with a cooking workshop, a VIP tour of the Luxembourg National Pavilion at the World Expo, a visit to a selection of pavilions, and a networking reception.

Flights

Each participant is personally responsible for her/his flight reservations. Due to the unpredictability of the global pandemic, we highly recommend that all participants book flight tickets that can be changed/refunded.

Bus transfers are organized according to the proposed flights and recommended hotel. Participants travelling on other flights will arrange their own transfers from and to the airport and/or hotel.

Each participant is personally responsible for her/his flight reservations. Due to the unpredictability of the global pandemic, we highly recommend that all participants book a reservation that can be changed/refunded.

Hotel

For the duration of the mission, the Chamber of Commerce negotiated a special rate with the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel for a standard room with single occupancy for 850 Dirhams (approx. 190€) a night, breakfast and taxes included. Reservations will be made on a first come first served basis.

Important Notice

The unpredictability of the global pandemic and its impact on local restrictions may influence the program as well as the rules and regulations that need to be adhered to by the Luxembourg delegation.

Prior to departure for Dubai, the Chamber of Commerce will arrange optional PCR tests as an additional service to the participants.

This trade mission is exclusively for members and partners of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.

Delegation Brochure

The Chamber of Commerce will publish a brochure featuring all participating companies. This brochure will be distributed during the mission to our various counterparts, local companies, etc. The text you will provide us will be published in the brochure. We kindly ask you to please send us your company description, a logo of your company, as well as an HD picture of the participating company representative(s) via foodbeverage@cc.lu
